In 2010 the Center-Invest bank completed the implementing solution SAP HCM, the press service of SAP in the press release reported on October 19, 2012.
Prerequisites
The labor input of processes of personnel department which worked with a specialized software was such is that with increase in number of employees also the number of HR specialists inevitably grew. Having carried out expert evaluation of a possibility of reduction of labor costs, the management of bank came to conclusion about need of transition to SAP solutions. High degree of readiness for operation of SAP HCM and existence of technical support from vendor allowed to rely on product introduction by own forces.

Decrease in labor costs and increase in level of control of personnel office-work and payroll accounting.
Implementation Progress
At the beginning of implementation load of end users which peak fell on the period of parallel accounting of the salary in SAP and an old system significantly increased. Time for personnel training was required. In process of mastering of the module and implementation of its opportunities the attitude to the project from users was changed: speed of report generation increased repeatedly at smaller labor costs on routine transactions, more time for obtaining new knowledge and skills appeared, business processes were optimized.
Thanks to the fact that implementation was performed by a team of own specialists the project budget was reduced by 70% (in comparison with the cost of involvement of third-party contractors).
Project Results
The project provided maintaining an organization structure and centralized accounting of personnel actions, allowed to optimize conducting document flow of HR service and the staff list. The time recording and also charge and salary payments, hospital, holiday benefits are automated. Unloading of postings in the automated banking system is performed automatically, preparation of reports for regulating authorities is implemented.

With system implementation of SAP Human Capital Management a common information space on personnel management is created, labor costs of staff of personnel department were reduced by preparation of orders, the staff list and other documents of personnel office-work.

On a response of the customer, as a result of SAP implementation of HCM productivity of work of personnel department increased by 20%, labor costs were reduced by 8.5 million rubles a year.
