NetSure 4015

Product
Developers: Vertiv (before Emerson Network Power)
Date of the premiere of the system: October, 2012
Technology: UPS - Uninterruptible power supply units,  Data processing centers are technologies for DPC

The Emerson Network Power company announced in October, 2012 release on the market of the electrofeeding installation of a direct current of NetSure 4015 with operating voltage of 400B intended for DPC, telecommunication complexes and economic objects. It is one of the electrofeeding installations, the first in the market, with operating voltage of 400 V and the first product from the whole series which is now developed by Emerson Network Power. Installation can be purchased in many countries of the world.

"As borders between telecommunication and computing systems continue to be erased, also approach to infrastructures which support them changes" — Mark Murrill, the senior marketing manager of installations of a direct current 400B of Emerson Network Power notes. "Several decades we develop and we provide solutions of power supply of an alternating and direct current for clients from the sector of telecommunications and DPC. Our company has unique advantages which allow us to offer the innovative technologies adapted for requirements of information ecosystems of the next generation. NetSure™ 4015 installation is just an example of such system the issues connected with the level of energy consumption growing in the industry and cost of energy and also to satisfy the need for more effective and trusted networks designed to resolve".

The equipped patented highly effective rectifiers of a direct current eSure™, the electrofeeding NetSure™ 4015 installation provides the power of 30 kW at 96 percent efficiency with the broad operating range with the peak indicator coming to 97%. Installation will transform three-phase alternating current to a direct current with 336-400 V.V tension a part of installation three principal components are: the main section of a power supply and management, additional sections of output switches and a compartment for the accumulator of back supply. This complete set meets wide industry requirements. Factory integration of installation allows to reduce start time in commercial operation, and all its components are located in a standard rack for the IT equipment 24U or 42U high.

Emerson Network Power actively discusses problems of implementation of 400-volt direct current systems and participates in processes of standardization along with such organizations as NEMA in the USA, ETSI in Europe and also speaks at technical and plenary sessions of conferences of the INTELEC 2012 level. The Emerson company is a participant of EMerge Alliance open for industry association which develops standards for more widespread introduction of technology of distribution of energy of a direct current in commercial buildings.
