Project Description:

The Rosinka supermarket chain began the activity in 2004 and is one of leaders of product retail in the Central Chernozem region. The company is multiformat grocery chain. Shops "at the house" under the Dewdrop and Sberegayka brand and also Apelsin supermarkets work as the main formats. For the organization of marketing programs for all retail chain stores at the same time, it was accepted it is decided to set UKM 4 — the cash software from Service Plus which proved both in large and in small trade enterprises of the CIS. Cash software "the Supermagician of UKM 4" and the module "Marketing" solves a set of problems of holding the marketing actions directed to increase in loyalty of buyers. Thanks to implementation of the cash UKM program the Central office obtains operational information on sales of all shops and on each of cash desks that allows to use quickly different marketing tools, to trace the course of actions and in case of need far off to configure the used cash desks. After successful implementation of a pilot project on automation of the first shops by engineers of Service Plus specialists of retail chain stores began independent connection of the remained shops in a single cash system. As a result of about 70 shops it was translated by the IT staff of Rosinka company in only 2 months.
