Project Description:

The Retail Chain Stores (RCS) House-keeper are formed in 2003. Occupies one of leading places among trade enterprises of the Tambov region. Cooperation of the companies began in 2011 with equipment of supermarkets of network the modern retail store equipment of the shipping documentation M3 Mobile and scales of DIGI delivered to Service Plus.

In the spring of 2012 the retail chain stores started the choice of the new cash software considering requirements not only IT specialists but also requests of commercial and marketing departments. The matter is that existing software did not allow to carry out full marketing programs, to charge bonuses to buyers, to trace special conditions at sales of goods during actions on all retail network at the same time.

After the long analysis of the cash industry IT solutions offered in the market, the Service Plus software product — the "Supermagician of UKM 4" who is completely covering all requirements of retail chain stores was selected. Also "the Supermagician of UKM 4" offers wide prospect of effective development of the CU House-keeper for easy opening of new shops, adding of functionality and the new equipment in any place of the Tambov region or regions of Russia.

Thus, at the end of May for one departure of the IT specialist of Service Plus the Ekonom network translated two shops on "the Supermagician of UKM 4" and installed the central server. Right after it the retail chain stores started transfer of other shops on new cash software by exclusively own forces. For effective work of the software the Ekonom network installed the reliable cash equipment — fiscal registrars of SP101 and SP402, CheckWay POS77 POS terminals. In trading floors there were modern scales of DIGI 5000BS, data collection terminals of M3 Green and printers of the Datamax Mark III labels integrated into the trading system of network.
