In TVK "EKSPOSTROY on Nakhimov" the loyalty program for regular customers "The card of repair Expostroy" started. Design of the program was carried out by Golden mean company, it exercises its operational management using the solution Manzana Loyalty on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform.

Solution

Management system for the program is the solution Manzana Loyalty rented at Manzana Group company, created by the companies Microsoft and Manzana Group on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform. Earlier based on the solution Manzana Loyalty a number of programs of loyalty, including such program of the operator of Golden mean as Card of Repair was successfully implemented. Successful use of Manzana Loyalty allowed to offer it as a basis for creation of programs of loyalty not only retail networks, but own loyalty program of Shopping Complexes, such as TVK "EKSPOSTROY on Nakhimov".

Expectations

As a result of implementation of the loyalty program, TVK "EKSPOSTROY on Nakhimov" not less than 10% in the first year of implementation and not less than 20% for the next 2 years predict a gain of income of tenants. The expected turnover according to cards of loyalty should make not less than 30% of the general goods turnover of a complex. A business key performance indicator due to implementation of the program - the profit of tenants - it is going to increase by 10% by the end of 2013.
