In Medi Rus company the system of managerial and normative accounting is developed

The Antegra consulting company carried out system deployment "1C: Accounting 8" on 63 jobs to the companies of Rus Copper, the company integrator in the blog reported on October 24, 2012.

Start of Project

At the end of June, 2011 the company management of Rus Copper addressed to Antegra consulting company with an implementation project of the 1C: Accounting 8 software product. Earlier in the company the 1C: Integrated Automation 7.7 software product was used, but owing to the fact that this platform became outdated, the decision on transfer of sections of accounting, tax accounting and automation of a trading activity on more modern platform "1C:Enterprise 8" was made.

Solution

In August, 2012 preproject examination of earlier used system is conducted.

In September works on implementation of the 1C: Accounting 8 CORP software product and the 11th edition of the 1C: Trade Management 8 software product are begun. Settings which were required for customer company are made; data transfer from earlier used systems is carried out; training of employees in work with software products of the 1C family is provided.

Are in addition configured:

• Management accounting: maintaining budget of cash flow; maintaining income and expenditure budget; formation of plan-fact budget reports; formation of managerial balance;
• Payroll accounting and the PIT in base of accounting by divisions;
• Automation of exchange with base of operational accounting and so forth.
