E-document flow and technology of business process management are implemented into networks of dancing clubs GallaDance

In September, 2012 the EleWise company signed the agreement with GallaDance company on system implementation of business process management of ELMA, the developer company reported in the press release of October 24, 2012. The implementation project started.

Background

The decision on system implementation of ELMA is made by the management in desire to solve the following problems: an accurate regulation and process automation of the company and consolidation of all regional clubs in a common information space.

Solution

At the first stage of an implementation project setup of a system, training of employees is carried out. Routes of approval of documents are described. Now the description of processes of a company performance, in particular "Input of new service, a product", "Holding an external marketing action", "Approval of models and press releases" prepares.
