The Velez company began to implement the solution of business process management

The implementation project of Business Process Management Suite of ELMA in Agency on land management of Velez is begun. The integrator is EleWise company.

Every year the volume of requests grows, and with it the flow of documents increases. Workflow automation became the pacing factor which influenced the decision on system implementation of ELMA.

Maintenance of the quality level of service at the high level is the second task which is set for a system. Therefore the most part of works on implementation are a regulation and business process automation.

At the first stage of an implementation project process "Acceptance and payment of the request" is automated. This process is initial for order taking from customers, in its framework there is a preprocessing of documents, formation of terms of reference, agreement signature and advance payment under the agreement. Also, the structure of works on the request which automatically determines a set of the started processes for processing of the request forms here.

The project started quite recently, but employees already estimated systems capabilities. On the next stages the description of other processes of the agency is planned.
