The Intellex Transportation Management (ITM) technology solves a problem of control of cars at the expense of their address binding to requests of consignors. Proceeding from the set criteria, a system finds optimal set of a binding of empty cars to requests of the consignor. According to the calculated binding automatic execution of transportation documents is made.
Now systems based on ITM technology successfully work in JSC "Russian Railways", the First and Second Freight companies, not only managing movement of cars, the following for loading, but also creating tasks for their sending to repair.
