Biography

The Republic of Tatarstan^[1] was born on November 3, 1971 in Zelenodolsk^[1].

Education

1992 - graduated from the Leningrad highest military-political school of Yu.V. Andropov in "Team, tactical air defense".

1995 - graduated from the International independent ekologo-politological university majoring in Law.

2002 - ^[2] graduated from the Russian academy of public service under the President of the Russian Federation in "The public and municipal administration"^[2].

Military Service

1988 - 1994 - served in Armed forces.

Career

1994 - 1995 - the lawyer in Improving Production Association LLP.

1995 - 1996 - the lawyer in the Center of social service Vnukovo^[3].

1996 - - worked with 2002 in the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation where held positions of the chief specialist, head of department of legal examination and the deputy chief of Legal department.

2002 - 2011 - the head of the department of the organization of appointment and pension payment of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation.

Since 2011 - the vice chairman of the board of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation^[3].

July 17, 2012 - The order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 17, 2012 No. 1278-r it is appointed the Deputy Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation^[4].

Social and political activity

2011 - acted as the official representative of the Government of the Russian Federation to consideration by chambers of Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation of the questions connected with ratification of the agreement between the Russian Federation and the Czech Republic on social security^[5].

2012 - held a press conference in the mode of selector video conference with representatives of the leading regional mass media of the country on the strategy of long-term development of the pension system of the Russian Federation^[6].

At a conference Andrey Pudov emphasized that among the main directions of strategy implementation there is an improvement of tariff and budget policy, reforming of institute of early pensions, an accumulative component of the pension system, development of a system of corporate provision of pensions and improvement of a system of formation of the pension rights^[7].

Job responsibilities

• coordinates questions and provides the leadership in activities for development of state policy and to normative legal regulation in the field of social insurance, including questions of provision of pensions, including non-state pension provision, social insurance;

• coordinates interaction of the Ministry with public authorities of the foreign states and the international organizations in the set field of activity;

• ^[2] performs the organization of lawmaking work of the Ministry^[2];

• exercises coordination and control of activities of territorial authorities of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation for the questions which are within the competence of the supervised structural divisions of Executive directorate of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation.
