The Russian company "Information Technologies of Security" provided in the fall of 2012 the hardware and software system "Spartan 300" capable according to the video image automatically to reveal in a flow of people of persons with potentially deviant (deviating from regulation) behavior.
From a video series which received via one or several cameras, is selected the image of a human face. After this image go to information processing unit where are automatically subdivided into "red" (the persons which are in the changed psychoemotional status) and "green" (persons in the normal state). Among advantages of a system her creators select a big gating system, the automated mode and decrease in influence of a human factor. As reliable base in this project the database of front movements and expressions with coding according to Paul Ackman is used.
The device successfully passed tests based on forensic center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation and was recommended for work of staff of bodies of internal affairs.
