Within two years a system underwent beta testing during which 15 thousand users were connected to service. 40% from them use Papirus.net in the large organizations with number of employees more than 100 people. In the fall of 2012 of Papirus.net announced an exit in commercial operation.

2013: Papirus.net was issued by the mobile client for Windows Phone

Simply Good Software, the creator of a system of business communication of Papirus.net designed to replace use of e-mail in corporate environment announced in the summer of 2013 release of mobile application of Papirus for Windows Phone. Earlier application versions for the Apple iOS and Android were already released.

Papirus is a full-function mobile client of Papirus.net service. With its help the head will be able to create tasks and to approve documents. For each task it is possible to set responsible, accomplishment term, to define its stages and to attach files. The employee to whom the task was delegated sees it on the screen, can discuss it in comments, note a task as executed or to request extra time. Depending on powers the user sees at what stage there is a project whether phases are completed in time and as there was case from the very beginning.

For convenience of users the opportunity for work out of a zone of access to the Internet is provided in the application.
