ATsK-Otkryty budget

The BFT company announced in October, 2012 an exit of a new solution in a line of ATsK – the information and analytical portal "ATsK-Otkryty Budget" directed to solving of tasks, delivered in the Budget message of the President of the Russian Federation about budget policy in 2013-2015 and Concepts on creation and development of the state integrated management system for public finance "The electronic budget" regarding ensuring transparency and openness of the budget and budget process for society.

The modern conditions of external legislative and public environment aimed at providing accountability and high openness of activity of institutes of the power, and, therefore, transparency of budgeted expenses, dictate need of use of the hi-tech tools allowing to integrate and analyze information on a status of public finance and to provide it in a convenient and available form to different user groups. The new solution of BFT Company - the ATsK-Otkryty Budget portal - is an efficient method of creation of a common information space for informing the population and business community on the course of budget process of the subject of the Russian Federation (municipal entity), conducting public examination of state programs and also increase in transparency of the pursued budget policy.
