One of the chief alternative operators of North and Latin America – Telintel Ltd company. – completed the project of solution integration Alaris inVoice in structure of the global network. Implementing solution promoted increase in effective management of VoIP-business and revenue growth of the company.

The telecom operator of Telintel misses over 2.5 billion minutes of traffic a year and has more than 1000 partners with whom works more than on 2000 directions in 240 countries, including domestic market of the USA. High volumes of termination of traffic and a large number of partners increase complexity of management and lead to considerable operating costs. The solution of the current tasks was found thanks to product introduction of inVoice from Alaris Labs allowing to automate a considerable part of business operations, to control expenses and to raise profit. The system brought into operation is capable to process about 3 billion minutes of traffic a month that corresponds to both the current, and perspective needs of the operator.

Its integration with the switching equipment used by Telintel from Sansay became the most important process step of the implementing solution Alaris inVoice. Interaction at the level of signal protocols and processing of CDR records is provided. Full-fledged management of routing of calls on the switch Sansay, Inc in real time became result of integration. The flexible opportunities put in the solution Alaris inVoice allowed to implement the unique policy of routing considering quality and cost of the directions that provided essential economic effect.

The work with tariff plans combining convenience and efficiency of execution of operations became one of the functionality of the solution Alaris inVoice, most attractive to Telintel. Despite large volumes of data, tasks of import and export are executed for several seconds, significantly reducing labor costs. Powerful analysis algorithms of a traffic spectrum allow to identify the most qualitative and profitable partners and to estimate profitability of the directions, concentrating attention on the most profitable directions and providing business revenue growth.
