Specialists of Energy Consulting successfully completed the project on development and filling of profiles of positions and profiles of workers for division of JSC Tatneft - NGDU Elkhovneft. Profiles are implemented in a corporate system of personnel management based on SAP ERP, the company integrator reported on October 30, 2012.
Tasks
The project is implemented on purpose - selection and systematization of key requirements to the business qualities, professional knowledge and skills of employees of JSC Tatneft necessary for successful accomplishment of production tasks.
The profile of a position and profile of the worker are the basic tool in personnel management processes, form a basis for the employee's assessment, do transparent requirements to it, set development reference points and also give the chance to automate and integrate personnel management processes in an information system.
The project is implemented for JSC Tatneft based on one of the main oil and gas production departments of the Company ― by NGDU Elkhovneft, with the assistance of experts whose part specialists of executive office of the company, engineering center, NGDU Almetyevneft and NGDU Yamashneft were. Within a pilot project more than 250 profiles of standard positions and more than 450 profiles of workers are developed.
Specialization
Profiles of positions are created on all activities of oil and gas production department among which there are a production and preparation of oil and gas, maintenance of reservoir pressure, oil refining and production of oil products, geology, repair of wells, increase in oil recovery of layers and construction of wells, capital construction, economy, accounting and finance, personnel management.
Elena Yurkina, the head of practice of business consultation Energy Consulting, noted: "Successful project implementation in many respects depended on active participation of heads of the production directions in it of different structural divisions of JSC Tatneft. For correct formation of profiles of positions and workers nine focus groups in which about 100 experts from the customer took part were carried out".
Andrey Skvortsov, the personnel manager of NGDU Elkhovneft added: "The standard profiles of positions and profiles of workers created by specialists Energy Consulting allowed us to select and systematize requirements to personnel. On the basis of profiles of positions we select candidates for work for the Companies and formations of a talent pool more precisely and also we can reveal system zones of development of our workers and create address training programs".
