The MIAC of the Russian Academy of Medical Science and Maykor signed the agreement on combined actions in sectors of development and service in IT market

The MAYKOR group and Medical information and analytical center of the Russian Academy of Medical Science signed the long-term agreement about cooperation, the company reported on October 31, 2012.

Objectives

Collaboration of specialists of MAYKOR and MIAC of the Russian Academy of Medical Science in development of information telecommunication technologies in the field of health care will become the main direction of cooperation. Development and projects implementation in the field of creation of medical information systems, necessary IT infrastructure and also further support and service of these systems is planned by forces of MAYKOR.

Vision

Combination of scientific potential the MIAC of the Russian Academy of Medical Science and practical experience of service of the IT and engineering systems of MAYKOR group will allow to solve quickly and qualitatively the broadest spectrum of tasks – from management of health facility and ensuring high-quality diagnostics and treatment, before maintenance of smooth operation of engineering infrastructure of organizations.

Health sector, being the most important part of social infrastructure, now needs the latest technologies and IT infrastructure allowing to increase quality of medical services to the population more and more. Need of transfer of a considerable part of functions of services of operation of health facilities to the specialized outsourcing companies ripened. It will allow medical institutions to be focused on core activities, to lower labor costs of regular specialists and operating costs, to increase labor productivity.
