In city administration of Orenburg the project of creation of the city directory service (CDS) came to the end. The project is implemented based on the solution of the leading Russian software developer for business and public authorities – NAUMEN companies.
"GISS implemented in city administration of Orenburg – an example of the successful solution providing the organization based on modern information technologies of effective interaction of the citizens, bodies of municipal authority and the organizations providing services in the field of housing and public utilities and transport", – Voronin Andrey, the head of department on information science and communication of city administration of Orenburg comments on project results.
Creation of GISS allowed to lift to new level quality of provision of services to the population at the expense of the organization based on the multifunction solution Naumen Contact Center of a uniform operating procedure with the arriving appeals of residents to municipal structures. One of key indicators of effective work of service is increase in loyalty of residents of Orenburg to municipality. In eleven months of work, from October, 2011 to September, 2012, to directory service 170 thanks from residents arrived.
Along with daily service of incoming calls the staff of GISS using tools of the modern solution conducts sociological surveys for the purpose of identification of public mood, satisfaction with quality of the provided services and also – quickly notifies residents on accidents on utility networks and scheduled works.
Collection of information using new tools allowed administration to receive an objective picture of problem seats in the municipal government and to create the ratings of management companies and condominium, network organizations, transport enterprises, bodies of administration for citizens' appeals in the social sphere for acceptance of effective managerial measures.
The directory service services not only individuals, but also processes the requests arriving from the different enterprises and the organizations. Use of systems capabilities allowed to create favorable conditions for activity of small businesses due to providing simple access to directory resources to them.
