Career

Upon termination of a postgraduate study worked at department of political economy of the Kazan state university, department of the economic theory of Bauman Moscow State Technical University, in the Russian academy of management.

1972 - 1987 - the assistant, the senior teacher, the associate professor, the senior research associate of department of political economy of KGU.

1987 - 1990 - the head of department of science and educational institutions, the first deputy manager of ideological department of the Tatar regional committee of the CPSU.

1990 - 1991 - the instructor, the consultant of department of national policy, the assistant to the member of the Central Committee of the CPSU.

1991 - 1992 - the associate professor of the economic theory of MSTU of N.E. Bauman.

1992 - 1994 - professor of the Russian academy of management.

1994 - 1996 - the first deputy chief of staff of the Federation Council.

1996 - 2005 - work on executive positions in Administration of the President of the Russian Federation.
