In the software package, used by Kvinta Condominium for accounting automation, solution 1C is added: Accounting in management companies of housing and public Utilities, Condominium and HCC from 1C Company: VDGB.

• Our organization functions since February, 2008, - the accountant of Cvinta Condominium Alexander tells. – But we thought of a possibility of automation of accounting only in 2010 therefore we installed to ourselves several programs 1C – 1C: Enterprise platform 8 and 1C: Payroll and HR Management 8. However they were not industry, and though answered our requests, nevertheless, when we learned that in the market development especially for the housing and public utilities enterprises appeared, we decided to purchase this program. For purchase of 1C: Accounting in management companies of housing and public Utilities, Condominium, HCC we addressed in 1C:VDGB.

Our specialist Roman Sinyakovsky installed a product on the working computer of condominium and also made setup of the program and issued the agreement on information and technology maintenance for Fifth.

• To Roman we have no questions, he always performs the work qualitatively and quickly, tells about changes and timely makes updates of the program within the agreement 1C:ITS, - the accountant of condominium expressed opinion on work of the employee of our company. – The program is rather convenient in use therefore often it is not necessary to resort to services of consultants – all documents near at hand in one window, it is easy to find them, they are not confused and not lost as it quite often happens during the paper work. We often use functions of drawing of accounts to partners, tools for purchase of goods and services, mechanisms for payroll calculation and so on.

Implementation in a program runtime of 1C: Accounting in managing enterprises of housing and public Utilities, Condominium and HCC allowed Kvinta Condominium to automate the following industries of accounting: accounting, tax, house cost accounting, accounting of owners of property and others. Also an opportunity to conduct base of objects of housing and non-residential stock with detailed characteristics of buildings is implemented in the program.

• In general we can note that after automation of accounting in our company workflow improvement is observed. It is impossible to disregard significant reduction of loads of enterprise accounting as a result of transition to electronic document management. Delivery of the regulated reporting via the Internet became one more argument for accounting automation, - the accountant of condominium lists other pluses from implementation of the software product.
