The military-industrial Bank implemented support of SafeTouch smart card readers

Providing remote account management to clients of an opportunity is one of the priority directions of development of Military-industrial Bank therefore the closest attention is paid to convenience and safety of this service. Considering a trend of increase in number of the hacker attacks on customer accounts of the Russian banks, the Military-industrial Bank implemented in the system of Client-Bank created on the basis of the solution "RBS BS-Client" of BSS, support of SafeTouch smart card readers for visualization of the signed data of production of SafeTech company. By this moment in bank the stage of internal testing of technology according to the results of which the decision on implementation of pilot lot of SafeTouch devices in commercial operation is made was successfully completed. Updating of the RBS BS-Client system for legal entities used by JSB VPB since 2011 to the version in which support of SafeTouch devices is provided was performed with assistance of Department of operation of information systems of BSS Company within the service provision agreement of maintenance.

The feature of the SafeTouch smart card reader is that it blocks development of the EDS of the payment document until the user is not convinced of correctness of details of the receiver and will not confirm transaction with clicking of the button on the device. SafeTouch is the CCID compatible device that allows it to work without installation of drivers and the additional software in all modern operating systems.
