The Central Russian bank of Sberbank begins work in the intellectual environment

The AMT Group company completed the project on creation of the Intellectual Office system for the Yasnaya Polyana center of maintenance of client transactions (CMCT) of Sberbank of Russia in Tula. As reported CNews in the company, system implementation allowed to increase efficiency of work, effectiveness of learning processes and comfort of rest of employees of TsSKO.

Project Objectives

Formation of unified effective information environment of TsSKO "Yasnaya Polyana", the organization of collective work, process management and informing employees became the purpose of creation of the Intellectual Office system, told in AMT Group.

The implemented solution

The main objective of a system — the notification of staff of TsSKO on indicators of the current real-time operation, the future actions, share prices and currencies; viewing video conferences and the training materials, information from surveillance cameras, TV programs, etc. A system includes functionality of the operational notification of employees about force majeure (the fire, penetration of malefactors, etc.) through display of the schemes and instructions which are combined with a soundtrack. In addition, a system allows to transfer addresses by leaders of the center or its divisions to all or a part of employees.

"The flexible management system for media content timely supplies specialists with necessary information without their derivation from production process, at the same time the attention overload is excluded by excessive, unnecessary information, says AMT Group. — Such result is achieved due to focal zone display of media content and complete controllability by display process".

The created infrastructure allows to prepare content and to manage broadcasting in several media flows, to bring information to devices in real time. At the same time differentiation of access rights to media flows for different user groups is provided: information intended for the limited group of people is not output on the panels placed in halls or open meeting rooms. At the same time, information intended for the staff of one management is output only on the devices placed in rooms of this management.

A system is integrated with a fire alarm system that allows to organize the automated notification of staff of TsSKO at occurrence of extreme situations. Display on screens of the plan of evacuation in case of state of emergency arranges actions of workers at evacuation.

Television broadcastings (IPTV), in advance written videos, the presentations, information from the internal portal, video conference, a video surveillance system, the automated banking systems, photographic materials and other content act as a source of content.

The complete solution is implemented based on the product Cisco Digital Media Suite. Within the project specialists of AMT Group also used Cisco wide product range: more than 200 DMP-4310G-52-K9 mediaplayers and DMM-SVR-C210-K9 server. In addition, the device of broadcast of video signal of high resolution DVI Broadcaster of the DL Epiphan company, the monitoring device of sensors of the fire warning Netping Server solution and also the universal integration module RootUIM of Rootbox company was a part of the solution.
