Manilova Alla Yurevna is the Russian statesman, the Deputy Minister of Culture of the Russian Federation.

Biography

Russia was born on July 16, 1957 in St. Petersburg.

Education

1979 - graduated from faculty of journalism of the Leningrad State university of A.A. Zhdanov.

Career

1980 - 1988 - the correspondent managing department and the deputy editor of the Svetlana weekly^[1].

1988 - 1990 - the special correspondent, the associate editor of the Leningradskaya Pravda newspaper.

1990 - 1994 - the deputy, the First Deputy Chief Editor of the Nevskoye Vremya newspaper.

1994 - 2003 - the CEO - the Chief Editor of the Nevskoye Vremya newspaper.

2003 - 2008 - the Chairman of the Committee on printing and interaction with mass media, the member of the government of St. Petersburg^[2].

2008 - 2012 - the Vice Governor of St. Petersburg (supervised spheres of culture, education, science, mass media, youth policy and interaction with public organizations)^[3].

It was elected the president of League of journalists of St. Petersburg, media Association of the Northwest, the board member of the Union of journalists.

Repeatedly was the chairman of professional jury of tender of journalistic skill of the Northwest of "SEZAM" and the chairman of certifying commission of faculty of journalism of St. Petersburg State University.

2005 - the vice president of the Russian book union.
