Manilova Alla Yurevna is the Russian statesman, the Deputy Minister of Culture of the Russian Federation.
Biography
Russia was born on July 16, 1957 in St. Petersburg.
Education
1979 - graduated from faculty of journalism of the Leningrad State university of A.A. Zhdanov.
Career
1980 - 1988 - the correspondent managing department and the deputy editor of the Svetlana weekly[1].
1988 - 1990 - the special correspondent, the associate editor of the Leningradskaya Pravda newspaper.
1990 - 1994 - the deputy, the First Deputy Chief Editor of the Nevskoye Vremya newspaper.
1994 - 2003 - the CEO - the Chief Editor of the Nevskoye Vremya newspaper.
2003 - 2008 - the Chairman of the Committee on printing and interaction with mass media, the member of the government of St. Petersburg[2].
2008 - 2012 - the Vice Governor of St. Petersburg (supervised spheres of culture, education, science, mass media, youth policy and interaction with public organizations)[3].
