The Russian-German enterprise Elastokam LLC is formed in 2000 by BASF Polyurethanes GmbH companies (former Elastogran Gmbh) and JSC Nizhnekamskneftekhim. Close connection with the founder enterprises provides to JV Elastokam LLC a leading position in the market of producers of the polyurethane systems in Russia.
BASF concern - one of leading enterprises of chemical industry in the world. Being a component of international association of BASF, the Elastokam LLC company has access to world resources: in researches, providing with raw materials, infrastructure, sale and finance. Appointment of the enterprise — production of the polyurethane foam systems for a wide range of scopes. The location of the production site of Elastokam LLC in the territory of JSC Nizhnekamskneftekhim, the second founder, guarantees continuous providing the enterprise with raw materials for production of a poliolny component.
PROBLEMS AND TASKS
Often activity of the large geographically distributed organization is influenced by problems of methodological and technical character. In particular, the large number of business processes and remote divisions create difficulties at collection of information and its further processing. The Elastokam LLC company faced such problem: each division kept financial and managerial account on places in programs on the 1C: Enterprise 7.7 platform.
The lack of uniform information base complicated process of collecting and consolidation of the reporting, reduced controllability of business processes. For elimination of this problem the leadership team of Elastokam LLC made the decision on creation of the unified information system on the 1C: Enterprise 8.2 platform. Before implementation of "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management" the ERP system of the company consisted of a number of separate programs: "1C: Accounting 7.7" used for accounting, "1C: Payroll and the personnel 7.7" for payroll calculation and also development of PC-Batch (Vega) intended for production management and separate databases.
Solution
The management of Elastokam LLC on the basis of the held tender selected Homnet for implementation of the software product 1s: Upravleniye proizvodstvennym predpriyatiyem 8 LLC company and associations of the database of head office from the city of Nizhnekamsk, Republic of Tatarstan and representations in the city of Moscow and the city of Vsevolozhsk of the Leningrad Region in the general distributed database.
Specialists of Homnet LLC implemented "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" at head office of the company in the city of Nizhnekamsk and in separate divisions of the company in the city of Moscow and the city of Vsevolozhsk of the Leningrad Region.
