The JSC Mkapital company works in the field of the real estate. The main field of activity of the company is leasing of non-residential premises. In this market the company exists since 1998. The company provides the area for 70 shops 'Seventh Continent'.

ACTIVE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OF THE COMPANY INFLUENCED EMERGENCE OF NEED FOR AUTOMATION OF PARALLEL ACCOUNTING OF SOFTWARE OF IFRS ON THE BASIS OF THE RUSSIAN ACCOUNTING. THE DECISION ON IMPLEMENTATION OF THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT "WAS MADE BY HOMNET: IFRS" BASED ON "1C:ENTERPRISE 8".

Solution

Program "Homnet: IFRS" it is developed by specialists of Homnet and is a superstructure for use both with the standard solution "1C: Accounting 8", and with any other, using charts of accounts and registers of accounting. Key selection terms of the solution were its functionality which corresponds to needs of the management for automation of the company and also a large number of successful implementation projects "Homnet: IFRS".

Implementation a system provided:

• accounting and preparation of individual financial statements according to the principles of IFRS;
• parallel accounting (broadcasting) of postings of a subsystem of accounting by rules which are flexibly configured by users;
• the isolated accounting of some sections of accounting where accounting by rules IFRS and the Russian accounting are different (for example, fixed asset accounting and intangible assets);
• maintaining separate procedural (revaluation of currency, closing of month) and economic transactions for the purposes of the international accounting;
• fixation of changes of data on IFRS during reporting, at a possibility of change of data of the Russian accounting.

As a result of system implementation "Homnet: IFRS", the information system constructed based on "Homnet: IFRS", allowed Mkapital company to keep full parallel account of business activities according to international standards of the reporting on the basis of the Russian accounting. The efficiency of exchange allows to maintain necessary relevance of data in a corporate system of accounting.
