The implementation project of a system of settlement with subscribers of TGC-2 comes to the end

For example, one of the largest projects of the last years is implementation of the disruptive billing solution MECOMS for the market in RJSC Energy Systems of the East. It is the large-scale project for several years for all Far East. Also we began with not the simplest region, with Kamchatka. They will be followed by Magadan, Sakhalin, Vladivostok and so on. What is MECOMS? It is the intellectual platform on work with the energy market allowing to implement requirements of reform which goes in the market now. It and reading from metering devices, both calculation, and claim and claim work, and providing to citizens and legal entities of other type of service and work with agreements. The press service of the contractor announced the implementing solution MECOMS in TGC-2 company.

Objectives

Using the unified information system of settlement with consumers of energy resources and services, TGC-2 she intends to reach the qualitative new service level of the organizations and citizens in the Yaroslavl and Arkhangelsk regions.

As expected, use of MECOMS will allow TGC-2 to increase collecting of payments for the consumed services, loyalty and efficiency of personnel of sales divisions, and, above all — consumer satisfaction quality of settlement and cash services.

Start of billing in operation is planned in the spring of 2013. A system will provide with the high level of service over 200 thousand consumers of TGC-2 from among individuals and more than 6 thousand legal entities, including industrial enterprises.

Reality

By February 7, 2013 the first stage of the project is completed. On the MECOMS platform specialists of GMCS developed the conceptual solution which covers key processes of sales work: accounting and maintaining agreements, consumption accounting, maintaining personal accounts with history logging on each consumer, collecting of indications of devices, calculations, collecting.
