"Electronic Case" (Belarus) in Belgorkhimprom

Both EDMS "DELO", and the product "Electronic DELO" adapted for the Belarusian users have the extensive customer base among scientific and design and survey institutions. So, in 2012 the decision on workflow automation based on EDMS "Electronic DELO" was made by Belgorkhimprom design institute (Minsk).

The project on implementation of EDMS "Electronic DELO" was let into JSC Belgorkhimprom in May, 2012. At the first stage work of the sector of documentary providing and service of quality, the secretariat of heads of institute and also some other divisions key at the organization of document flow is automated.

But work with documents to some extent is a part of daily activity of most of personnel of institute. Having estimated product capabilities, the management of organization decided to carry out scaling of the functioning EDMS on the basis of a subsystem of "DELO-WEB" with the purpose to expand scope of modern technologies of workflow automation. The main task began to reach maximum efficiency through optimization of documentary procedures and to increase labor productivity of employees.

Expansion of number of active users of a common information space on management of documents of institute will be in the long term continued. The management of Belgorkhimprom plans increase in number of users of EDMS and use further of its functionality which at the first stage of implementation not were is implemented.
