The management of Roshydromet will master EDMS on iPad

In November I-Teco announced a successful completion of a pilot project on implementation of the automated workplace (further the automated workplace) the head for Apple iPad devices in central office of Federal Hydrometeorology Service for Environmental Monitoring. The solution is based on products of the line "Ah-by EDMS" developments of I-Teco and integrated into an electronic document management system of the organization.

For the last few years mobile devices became a guarantee of progress not only business companies, but also the state organizations and services. Use of gadgets allows to avoid delays at adoption of strategically important solutions. Now heads of all levels can get access to resources of internal network of the organization and quickly coordinate work of employees, being in traveling and long business trips, including thanks to the solution "Ah-EDMS" providing remote access from mobile devices to an electronic document management system of the organization.

In two months, from August 1 to September 30, 2012, specialists of I-Teco developed and successfully implemented in an electronic document management system of Roshydromet of an automated workplace of the head for the Apple iPad tablet in the pilot mode. The ECM client adapted taking into account specific requirements of Roshydromet allows to reduce the general time of consideration of documents, performances of resolutions and instructions in the organization.

The user-friendly interface of the application supports:

• remote consideration of incoming letters and resolutions and also imposing of the project of instructions;
• performance of resolutions and ORD;
• control of execution of assigned tasks with a possibility of change of the contractor;
• quick access to documents via the search module;
• consideration and approval of reports of employees on complete activities.

In the automated workplace of the head updating of data loading, the statuses, terms under resolutions and instructions both in the automatic mode, and at the initiative of the user is implemented. Functions of viewing not only the history of the specific document, but also archive of changes on the connected subjects and tasks are supported. Integration of the reference book of staff of the organization with a possibility of adding of contacts in the list of favorites is made, the possibility of remote appointment of several contractors of a task is available.
