"MMP of V.V. Chernyshev" implements EOS for SharePoint

Chernyshev Moscow Machine-Building Enterprise in the fall of 2012 made the decision on implementation of EDMS EOS for SharePoint. The product developed by Electronic Office Systems company based on the SharePoint MS platform and which is actively winning the Russian market EDMS/ECM systems, is selected by plant's management as the document flow automation equipment.

Scales of activity of the enterprise, its leading position in the Russian defense industry complex and the strategy of further development demanded to optimize document flow by means of a modern ECM system. The defining factor when choosing the platform was the fact that JSC MMP im. V. V. Chernysheva in production and the organization of business processes is a leader of the industry on implementation of innovations.

The product EOS for SharePoint which united reliability, flexibility, scalability, adaptivity, orientation to the latest IT innovations and the intuitive user interface became the system meeting all stated requirements.

In October, 2012 the Medialux company, the partner of EOS Group, provided training of the staff of system technologists of the plant.

As a result of passing of a training course by system technologists of Chernyshev Moscow Machine-Building Enterprise general information about architecture of the SharePoint MS platform and the solution EOS for SharePoint is received. Specialists of the plant master practical skills on the EDMS setup for work with documents, instructions and content, creation of the main business processes, users and differentiation of their rights and also creation of the user "personal websites" is worked out.

Students step by step underwent all process of implementation - from installation of a test system that ready EDMS and also got acquainted with the main methods of troubleshooting.
