BARS. HOUSING AND PUBLIC UTILITIES

The solution of BARS.housing and public utilities is intended for complex automation of each of activities in the field of municipal services. It allows all participants of the sphere to work in a common information space. A system provides control of business processes of housing and public utilities, support of acceptance of management decisions and planning of actions for quality improvement of providing housing and communal services.

The ELAR technologies implemented in a software package of BARS.housing and public utilities allow to receive and add the digitized documents, to automatically unload from them data directly in a system and if necessary to address to electronic archive of documentation. For confirmation of correctness of the entered data the possibility of loading of additional documents is provided.

Use of BARS.housing and public utilities will allow to build the effective system of work of inspectors of GZhI and will provide rapid response to each arrived statement.

2014: Management of programs of resettlement

On July 8, 2014 the BARS GROUP company announced inclusion of a subsystem "Management of programs of resettlement" in a complex of BARS.housing and public utilities.

The subsystem is developed for the subjects of the Russian Federation as the instrument of implementation of the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of May 7, 2012 N 600 "About measures for providing citizens of the Russian Federation with affordable and comfortable housing and quality improvement of housing and communal services".

Problems of operating control of financing of programs of resettlement of citizens, their number, display of the register of abnormal housing stock, contracts for resettlement, construction or acquisition of premises, the register of houses under construction and stages of construction readiness, formation of the land plots for houses under construction and (or) houses in which premises, etc. are purchased are solved with its help.

Ruslan Sagdullin, the deputy CEO of BARS GROUP, noted: "Implementing solution of our company will allow to provide to heads of regions effective management of the program of resettlement of citizens.
