The modern and functional Internet portal of Mr.Doors company began to work at the platform 1C-Bitrix in 2012. The Moscow studio Seone became the general contractor of the project. Today monthly the site is visited by more than 180,000 unique visitors who browse more than 2,200,000 pages. All behavioural indicators in comparison with the previous version of the website are improved more than twice.

Project Progress

Mr.Doors is popular producer of furniture to order. The company locates large network of representations in Russia – more than 120 brand salons in 50 cities. The specifics of business of Mr.Doors made the website of the company one of the most important elements of marketing strategy.

Production of products to order requires additional consultations for buyers, including, using Internet reference books and directories. Active participation of the company in popular television shows assumes operational providing information to the audience whose interest first of all is transformed to search query and the subsequent visit on the official site.

The advertizing director of Mr.Doors, Kovalyov Sergey comments: "The Mr.Doors company, as well as most the successful and dynamically developing companies, pays special attention to representation on the Internet. When need to upgrade the website www.mebel.ru ripened, the company management made the decision to change cardinally not only design and navigation, but also to make it on the modern platform, convenient for independent management".

Creation of the multifunction Internet portal with most user-friendly interface became a key project objective. The new website had to become a source of the exact, structured, adapted information.

For the homepage the difficult advertizing block in a special way combining small banners was implemented. It allows to announce by means of the text and graphic information actions, new products and popular positions of the range, accompanying them with links to the corresponding pages of the website. The control of the block occurs in a semi-automatic mode.

All pages of the website accompany the end-to-end elements "Ask a Question" and "How to Purchase". "Ask a question" opens for the user directly in the browser a simple chat for communication with call center – there is no need to start the separate ICQ messenger or Skype. "How to purchase" is the fast link to the special page with infographics about the procedure of purchase in shop. At the request of the user of the button can be at any time "contracted".

The chat for communication with call center can be started and independently. A system keeps account of visitors and if it decides that the user wanders about the directory with the purpose to purchase, but not just to look, it will be offered to free call center agent to hold consultation – the user will see before himself the pop-ap with sacramental: May I help you?".

The Order of a Call Back and Measurer's Call forms which are also accompanying almost all pages of the website are also integrated with the database of call center of the company. Thanks to flexibility of the platform "1C-Bitrix: Management of the website", became possible step-by-step implementation and gradual commissioning of all necessary services.

Development Plans

In plans for the future at Mr.Doors and SEONE not only improvement of functionality of the website, but also creation of the satellite websites for representations in the countries of Europe. Both companies are sure of success and with impatience look forward.
