Zheldorekspedition optimizes management processes and accounting

The main requirements to the ERP system were: existence of mechanisms of simple data entry, existence of the mechanism of pricing, a possibility of setup of the moment of determination of base for revenue and costs, calculation of revenue and costs on each vehicle  on the basis of receipts, accumulative cards and requests of forwarding agents, control of the status of primary documents, existence of means for a financial analysis of settlings with suppliers and buyers, existence of means for reporting.

The project was implemented step by step. The model of a system is developed on the basis of the standard product "1C: Accounting 8" in the iterative mode. Implementation of the ERP system is executed in 12 months. 15 jobs are automated.

As a result of implementation of the ERP system the enterprise had an opportunity to control the expenses connected with operation of the vehicle timely to elicit the facts of loss of transportation documents by the supplier or cash write-offs from the account reference on "others" vehicles.  To quickly control compliance of the directions declared forwarding agents, to plan purchases of coal and to effectively distribute it on refueling stations.
