Specialists of the Ufa branch of the company "1C: The first BIT" (1C: Accounting and Trade) automated in the fall of 2012 activity of beauty shop "Rivazh" using industry solution "BIT: Beauty PROF".
In a project deliverable the quality and service rate of clients increased, overstocking of a warehouse and an excessive consumption of materials is excluded. Rational loading of masters is provided thanks to what it was succeeded to optimize work of personnel and to increase sales amounts of services of salon.
Earlier the customer accounting, managerial and regulated accounting in the company were kept using separate databases that was labor-consuming and quite often led to errors. There were difficulties in planning of activity of salon. It was required to increase quality of maintaining the customer base, speed of formation of daily and monthly reports on the sold services and subscriptions and also to organize operational accounting and record of clients taking into account employment of masters.
