Implementation of Microsoft Lync 2010 allowed to unify the system of electronic communications both in the company, and for partner interaction and as a result to increase security and quality of services.

However there was no system approach to the choice of applications and users used those programs which found necessary. Skype applications, ICQ, QIP, AOL were actively used and so forth however users and heads of departments were often dissatisfied with quality of work of these systems, and the management was concerned low level of security and complexity of control.
