The administration of the Shpakovsky municipal district of Stavropol Krai implements EDMS

Administration of the Shpakovsky municipal district completed implementation EDMS "CASE" with the assistance of group "Business of IT", the company integrator in the blog reported on November 19, 2012.

Background

For the rural municipal Districts of Stavropol Territory the project of workflow automation in administration of Shpakovsky district became the first experience of system implementation of electronic document management. The area took an important step on the way of formation of a common information space which creation is provided by the "Program of informatization of local government authorities of Shpakovsky district of Stavropol Krai for 2011-2013" approved in municipality.

Objectives

The main tasks which were solved at this stage of the project:

• automate and arrange process of registration of different document groups;
• provide the control of timely execution of documents automated anticipatory, instructions and indications of the management, operational obtaining information on a status of execution and the location of any document;
• organize interaction of administration of the Shpakovsky municipal district with Government Office of Stavropol Krai by means of the server of electronic interaction.

Final

The project is complete in October, 2012. In plans it is supposed to increase quantity of jobs of a system, to implement the EDS, to perform transition to electronic document management (such experience is already available in City administration of Stavropol where partial transition from paper document flow to electronic is performed).
