The "Universal Electronic Trading Systems" company untwists the project of electronic marketplace in Ukraine

Ultimeta company together with national trade operator of Ukraine "Universal electronic trading systems", started the Ukraine's first full-function electronic marketplace TENDER-ME.COM.UA having taken the software solution " LotExpert.Ukraine " as a basis, the company integrator in the blog reported on November 20, 2012.

The universal trading system TENDER-ME is the Ukraine's first full-fledged electronic marketplace which offers a full range of different types of trade procurement procedures with support of the electronic digital signature, in a full compliance with the standard of Ukraine to DSTU 4145-2002. Besides, it is the international marketplace which allows to hold the cross-border electronic auction and to recruit a large number both Ukrainian, and foreign, in particular Russian, suppliers. Invitations to participation in biddings are automatically sent a large number of the organizations in Russia and in Ukraine.

"In Ukraine the market of electronic biddings only arises, however we are sure that thanks to the full qualified support for participants and organizers of biddings and to the regular training actions, transfer of purchases to an electronic form will be simple, fast and productive – the head of business projects of Ultimeta company Alexey Bezdushny told. – We calculate that our new trading system will become one of "fundamental stones" at market grouping of electronic biddings in Ukraine. The Russian practice unambiguously shows efficiency of holding trade and procurement procedures electronically. Undoubtedly, customers and suppliers will fully be able to feel all advantages of electronic biddings, having only begun real work therefore for clients of marketplace special offers to start work in a system, the first month tendering and participation in biddings completely free are prepared".
