JSC Uralgiprotrans starts system implementation of document management of the company

JSC Uralgiprotrans starts trial operation of the Docsvision system. The partner in an implementation project Yunisoft company, the press service of developer company reported on November 20, 2012.

Job

Implementation was conducted within 10 months. For this period conventional processes of office-work are configured: processing of the entering and outgoing correspondence, internal and organizational and administrative documents.

Specialists of Yunisoft company were faced by a task - to create a common information space which will provide effective maintenance of processes of management of documents will provide access to all-corporate information resources of staff of the company — about 150 people.

Hopes

The expected effect of Docsvision implementation — acceleration of the processes connected with document handling, increase in level of performing discipline, creation of uniform electronic storage of documents. Acceleration of execution of conventional processes of office-work is expected due to introduction of the uniform standard of work with electronic documents.

Result

Using applications of the Docsvision "Deloproizvodstvo" and "Upravleniye protsessami" system processing of works orders, meetings, the entering and outgoing correspondence, memos, orders and orders are automated. The expected volume of the documents passing through a system — more than 10,000 in a year. The functionality of a system is expanded also due to implementation of specialized business applications: "Management of works orders" and Management of meetings.
