ROLF SCS completed system implementation of automation of accounting for compliance to requirements of IFRS

The Homnet Consulting company completed the project on implementation "Homnet: IFRS" at the chief logistic operator of Russia - ROLF SCS. Thanks to the new information system ROLF SCS effectively prepares the reporting under international standards and also to manage cash flows, credit and financial risks.

Goal

The decision on transition on "Homnet:" ROLF SCS is accepted IFRS within creation of a single corporate system on the automated accounting and data processing of the reports on IFRS arriving from divisions of the company with automatic formation. As the partner for implementation of the new ROLF SCS automation system selected Homnet Consulting company.

Need of reducing costs for technical support and service of the previous products on accounting of data in ROLF SCS became a main goal of implementation of a new system. Simplicity of implementation and customizability of a system became priority parameters when choosing the specialized software product for the company.

Before ROLF SCS used the system of own development "Rose" and a standard packet "1C: Logistic (OSLO)" for automatic formation of reports on IFRS and the data processings arriving from divisions of the company. Specialists of ROLF and Homnet Consulting companies made the decision that in the project progress the accounting system of "Rose" will be replaced with "Homnet: IFRS", developed on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform and intended for accounting according to the principles of international standards and managerial financial accounting. Works on implementation and adaptation "Homnet: IFRS" in ROLF SCS will be performed by joint efforts of the customer and Homnet Consulting.

Expectations

After implementation "Homnet: IFRS" ROLF SCS will have an opportunity to quickly enter and process payment documents that will promote decrease in dependence on document posting on accounting. In the project progress it is necessary to resolve a data transfer task of RAS (the Russian standard of accounting records) and IFRS from the existing Rose system in implemented. Besides, other packets developed by 1C Company: "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" and "1C: Logistic (OSLO)", will interact with a new system "Homnet: IFRS". Data exchange between systems will be implemented during installation of the block of accounting.
