1C: Trade Management 8 in Puteshef company (Appetitovo)

Specialists of BIT were faced by the following tasks: implementation of monitoring of sales and improvement of service quality in trains for Puteshef LLC and the organization of mobile retail under the Appetitovo brand on platforms and in trains of suburban appointment. As the specialized equipment BIT company used Motorola MC2180 data collection terminal which quite recently appeared in the market and a mobile check thermal printer of Zebra MZ320 with the Bluetooth function. On terminals it was installed and the Mobile SMARTS program for "1C:Enterprise 8" is significantly revised under the client's tasks.

Specialists of BIT carried out completion of the interface of the mobile terminal at the expense of what they received the product "rub in one" — with the interface of the merchandiser, administrator and cashier. All users are allocated in a system with own barcode supporting the Full Name and the user's rights and, getting to work, scan the scanner which is built in a data collection terminal the barcode, automatically being registered in a system and receiving the necessary interface of the program. In warehouses of the company storekeepers use the interface of the merchandiser for carrying out inventory of trade inventories, goods acceptance and shipment to his sellers-cashiers for implementation. Sellers use the interface of the cashier, selling goods on platforms and carrying products on cars of trains of suburban appointment, – they register traded goods using the scanner in the terminal of Motorola and print the check on the mobile Zebra printer. Having returned from run, cashiers unload data on sales from the terminal in the accounting program "1C: Trade Management 8". The interface of the administrator is used for administration of a system.

Within the project implementation of the software solution "1C:Enterprise 8 was also performed. Trade management" at the central office Puteshef LLC, the management system for the Distributed database between warehouses and the central office of the company is customized, skills training of sellers and technicians to work with the program is provided, setup of the equipment, its testing in the conditions of the actual use and in commercial operation is implemented.

The mobile jobs functioning in buildings of Moskovsky railway stations (in warehouses and at the central office), and also in trains of suburban appointment were as a result automated.
