Biography

Was born on November 22, 1958 in Magnitogorsk.

1976-2014: From the controller to the CEO of MMK

  • 1976 — Came to MMK the controller's pupil
  • 2000–2002 — the Deputy commercial director, the technical director — the chief engineer of MMK
  • 2003–2008 — the Sales manager, the chief executive of MMK
  • 2009–2011 — the First Deputy CEO of NPK "Ural Carriage-Building Plant"
  • 2011 — the CEO of MMK. In 2011 the main owner and the long-term head of Magnitogorsk Victor Rashnikov decided to depart from operational management and put forward on a post of the CEO Dubrovsky with which worked at plant more than 35 years.

In November, 2012 Dubrovsky is included by Forbes in rating "25 dearest top managers of Russia" where took the 13th place with annual compensation of $7 million.

2014: Acting governor of Chelyabinsk region

On January 15, 2014 - after resignation of the governor of Chelyabinsk region Mikhail Yurevich Boris Dubrovsky is appointed the acting as the governor of Chelyabinsk region.

2020: The Sovcombank counteracts sale of the apartment of Dubrovsky in Moscow

In December, 2020 the Sovcombank sent the letter to the realtors selling the apartment of Dubrovskogoy to Moscow for 804 million rubles. The bank warns potential buyers about risks to lose this real estate on court about bankruptcy of the Montazhnik production company belonging to Dubrovsky. In the letter it is specified that Montazhnik owed to bank 193 million rubles.
