Company "1C: The first BIT" completed a system implementation project "BIT: Management of the medical center" in the dental center "Prestizh", the press service of the company reported on November 22, 2012.

Solution

"For the purpose of reduction of labor input of technology accounting processes our center decided to automate accounting based on the 1C:Enterprise 8 software product using the company "1C: The first BIT" (1C: Accounting and Trade). We selected a product "BIT: Management of the medical center" for automation of maintaining the customer base, an inventory control and work with suppliers, accounting of employees and the equipment, payroll, accounting on employees (development, popularity of employees at clients, settlement), records of clients, sales accounting and the rendered services", - Alexey Sevryugin, the director of Prestizh LLC told.

Implementation allowed to permit a number of questions:

• work with the customer base, including, in the field of control of settlement with visitors and records of time of visit is automated;
• control of the used materials is provided, in particular accounting of receipts, movements and stock remainders is automated;
• process of formation of cost of services is automated;
• in a common information space data of personnel, commodity, monetary and material records are integrated.

Result

The management quickly obtains all necessary information on activity of the center. The quality of acceptance of management decisions increased. A system allows to control attendance of clients and timeliness of a payment receipt. In general, the efficiency of activity of organization increased.
