The Pulkovo airport will exchange documents with partners using EDMS "Diadoc"

The St. Petersburg airport "Pulkovo" declared in the fall of 2012 determination to expose to the corporate clients electronic settlement documents through an electronic document management system "Diadoc" from SKB Kontur company.

Pulkovo takes the third place on a passenger traffic in Russia. Every month the airport creates and sends to clients airlines about 4 thousand settlement documents. The main problems of paper document flow in Pulkovo consider big costs for supplies and transfer of documents and also a slow feedback from clients.

Using electronic document management the company expected to reduce the number of the used paper and envelopes, to reduce time of replies to the requests of tax authorities and transfer of documentation and also to optimize document flow with partners, noted in SKB Kontur.

"The airport, first of all, acts and invoices in the formats approved by FTS and also specific industry documents, such as act in form 'C' interested — Alina Chernova, the head of department of the Diadoc project reported. — Having learned about an opportunity to exchange electronic documents, the company addressed us then it purchased certificates of electronic signatures for employees and was registered in 'Diadoc'".
