Activity of "Project and production construction consolidation" is automated

Specialists "1C: The first BIT" (1C: Accounting and Trade) in St. Petersburg completed in the fall of 2012 automation of activity of "Project and Production Construction Consolidation" (PPCC) company. Thanks to implementing solution BITS: Construction was considerably reduced time for preparation of the regulated reporting, control of the movement of materials on objects amplified and also the transparency of accounting increased.

Proyektno-proizvodstvennoye stroitelnoye objedineniye» (PPSO) Ltd is the young dynamically developing company founded in 1998. Main activity is construction of buildings and constructions up to 100 m high. The complex of the works performed by the company includes a full stroke of construction from site preparation before commissioning of the objects.

Earlier for automation of accounting in the company the information system which did not meet all requirements of the enterprise was used. There was a need for a system with ampler opportunities which would consider specifics of the construction industry. The program had to allow to create quickly specialized reports, to keep the cost accounting on separate construction objects, to control financial flows and warehouse stocks.

Having analyzed the market of software products, the company management stopped on the solution BITS: Construction. Specialists of BIT in St. Petersburg were engaged in implementation of the program. The project was implemented within 15 months. Installation of a system was during this time made, data transfer from the previous program is organized, training of staff of PPSO Ltd is provided. In total in a system 7 users work at the same time.

The management quickly obtains cost information of the enterprise and profitability of construction objects that allows to estimate correctly profitability of each object and to optimum distribute the budget.
