Specialists "1C: The first BIT" (1C: Accounting and Trade) completed the project of consulting system implementation "BIT. Finance" in Colliers International FM company. As a result, formation of the management reporting is several times accelerated. Specialists of finance division got rid of a large number of manual work. The management received the convenient tool for financial planning, control of the movement of cash flows and management of activity of the company. Colliers International FM is created in 1994 and by this moment is one of chief operators of the Russian market of services in management and operation of a commercial real estate. The staff of the company totals over 300 highly qualified specialists. In management, operation and on consulting service Colliers International FM has 17 objects of a commercial real estate, including a commercial real estate of class "A", with a total area about 1,000,000 sq.m. In a company asset - the license for design and construction of buildings and constructions of I and II level of responsibility (up to 100 high and more meters), including preparation of a design assignment, technical maintenance of a project stage, the organization of management of construction, technical supervision, etc.

Earlier management accounting in the company was not automated up to standard. Formation of the management reporting required a large number of time and efforts. The management did not obtain operational information about organization activity. It was difficult to control the movement of cash flows and to predict future financial situation.

For the purpose of increase in controllability the management made the decision on implementation of an information system which would provide high-quality and operational conducting management accounting and allowed to strengthen control of the movement of cash flows, expenses and revenues of the organization.

Based on the internal tender the company "1C became the partner in implementation: The first BIT", which offer on consulting system implementation "BIT. Finance" it was recognized by the most optimal. The choice for benefit of the solution "BIT. Finance" was caused by the fact that the program is developed on the modern platform "1C:Enterprise 8" and allows to automate completely management processes monetary means, including budgeting and treasury. Besides, a system provides a possibility of flexible configuration under specific requirements of the company.

During the project which lasted 8 months in the mode of joint dialog installation and setup of the program was made, integration with the system of 1C which is used in the company is made user training is provided. Start of a system was carried out to operation in an operating mode. As a result of implementation "BIT. Finance" the management of Colliers International FM received the convenient tool for conducting management accounting.

Now the management reporting in all necessary cuts is prepared in the online mode. There was a possibility of better financial planning, control of value and structure of income and expense items and also cash flows. The management obtains up-to-date information about activity of the company and its structural divisions at any moment and can make the justified management decisions.

Significantly labor costs of specialists of financial service decreased. Employees got rid of need of accomplishment of many routine transactions manually. Performance of their work increased.
