The GUFSIN across the Irkutsk region implements an electronic document management system

The Main Directorate of the Federal Penitentiary Service of the Irkutsk region (GUFSIN) "CASE" completed the first stage of system implementation of electronic document management, the developer company reported on November 27, 2012. Implementation works and delivery of licenses were performed by LLC Informatsionnoye agentstvo «referent" company.

Start

The decision on transition to electronic document management in the Main Directorate of the Federal Penitentiary Service of the Irkutsk region was made for the purpose of increase in efficiency of the work and cost reduction of time for manual document handling that the system which was earlier used in management did not allow to do. The choice of the automation equipment for benefit of EDMS" DELO".

Problem of the first stage – automation of work with the entering / outgoing documents and correspondence and reduction of terms of registration, start of report generation in a necessary section.

Solution

After carrying out express inspection of the existing scheme of document flow installation and setup of necessary hardware and the software, setup of a system for electronic document management, installation of the server software of EDMS, installation of client jobs is carried out.

At the final stage system testing then trial operation is begun is executed. At the end of October specialists of News Agency Referent LLC company give the group and individual training classes for users of the CASE system in the Main Directorate of the Federal Penitentiary Service of the Irkutsk region.

Result

As a result of implementation the customer in a full compliance with the wishes received the system providing operational registration of the entering and outgoing documents, control of execution of documents and instructions, document retrieval.
