RMIS-PRO

The RMIS-PRO system is intended for complex automation of the treatment and prevention facilities (TPF) in regional scale and creations of a common information space of health care in the territory of the subject of the Russian Federation. The solution allows to keep centralized accounting and control of activity of the medical organizations. A system is implemented on the basis of the distributed computer resources, cloud solutions and web technologies.

RMIS-PRO consists of several information subsystems: uniform electronic registry of the region; the uniform integrated electronic medical record of the inhabitant; the centralized storage of full-color medical images; the patient – a personal account; clinic; hospital; diagnostic department; laboratory; drugstore; DLO; economy; statistics; OLAP analysis; information security.

RMIS-PRO is established in a remote data processing center, with providing access to users through the browser and the "thin" client. This system architecture provides high reliability of an IT complex at repeated decrease in capital costs of infrastructure. RMIS-PRO shows the lowest total cost of ownership in a class.

Technologies

RMIS – PRO represents WEB – the solution. As the WEB server Microsft IIS is used, the following DBMS Oracle PostgreSQL 9, MSSQL, 10.11 types are supported. All modern Firefox web browsers 4 above, Google Chrome 10 and above, by Opera 10 and above, Internet Explorer 9 above, Safari 5 are supported above.

The integration bus is founded on the platform open source of MULE ESB. As a part of the integration platform support of interfaces of exchange of medical information for connection of adapters of protocols (DICOM 3.0, WADO, HL7 v2 and v3) and also industry standards of information exchange and creation of SOAP and RESTful web services is implemented.

RMIS-PRO is delivered together with PAKS 'Futuris' of Iberis Software and Alma3D company of Alma IT Systems company. A full support of the DICOM 3.0 standard, including a multimodality and formation of work lists for devices. Adobe Flash Player as the Web prosmotrovshchika of digital images is used. The message exchange system between "patient.Net" also PAKS "Iberis Software", on the basis of uniform medical HL7 standard.

Databases

RMIS-PRO supports the PostgreSQL 9 DBMS following types above, by MSSQL, Oracle 10 above.

Data protection

At placement in DPC of RMIS – the missile defense implements the following security subsystems:

• differentiation of access rights of users to objects and functions of a System (authorization of users and access control to objects and functions of a System);
• firewalling (Firewall);
• intrusion prevention (IDS/IPS);
• creation of secure channels of communication (VPN/SSL VPN) on the basis of Krypto-PRO;
• protection against the attacks like "failure in service" (DoS/DDoS);
• antivirus protection.

Security subsystems are implemented based on the specialized software certified by FSTEC.
