Content

Specialists of the company "1C: The first BIT" (1C: Accounting and Trade) completed the project of complex automation of accounting in the medical center "The Fifth Element".

Objectives

Earlier for conducting operational accounting and payroll in clinic independently developed program which ceased to satisfy to requirements of organization over time was used. Besides, it did not support data exchange with the 1C: Accounting 8 system. A large number of information had to be transferred to the accounting system manually that required additional costs of time and increased risk of emergence of errors by preparation of the regulated reporting.

To cope with the existing difficulties, the management made the decision on implementation of a new information system which would allow to keep operational accounting of visitors of the medical center, to control settlement with patients and to calculate the salary to the employees. Besides, the program had to provide a possibility of interaction with "1C: Accounting 8".

Start

The main objectives of the project became:

  • Automation of accounting of individual programs of patients (their drawing up, payment, visit accounting);
  • Setup of automatic data exchange with accounting;
  • Accounting in the program of incoming calls of patients.
  • Accounting of goods on responsible persons.
  • Creation of reminders on related services to sales managers.
  • Creation of automatic formation of SMS messages about need to register in repeated service.
  • Creation of required printed forms (individual programs for patients / for doctors, the working schedule of employees, the service provision act).
  • Sale of the mechanism for reminders on need of charge of discounts to patients under certain conditions.
  • Creation of required reports (report on cash desk, report on the salary of employees).

Solution

Three months the company contractor conducted works on installation and start of a system in operation. Specialists configured account policy, provided user training. The program is revised according to specific requirements of the customer.

In a system the mechanism of drawing up individual programs of patients and also usage tracking on them and payments by each nomenclature unit is implemented. On drawing up individual programs three times less time leaves thanks to what service rate of patients increased.

Control over cash receipt is significantly strengthened. There was an opportunity to carry out analytics on the rendered services and perfect sales online for the specified period by doctors, nomenclatures, types of payments. Besides, the salary to the employees taking into account a worked time, different allowances, the raising coefficients and awards is calculated significantly quicker.

Automatic data transfer in the system of accounting saved accountant officers from a huge number of manual work. The regulated reporting is prepared qualitatively and in time. The quality and labor productivity of employees increased. Thanks to service of automatic mailing of Sms about need to register in repeated service. Control over receipt of payments is simplified. We will continue cooperation with the company "1C: The first BIT" also we plan further development of a system according to specific requirements of our company".
