Reconstruction of group of companies (1C: Enterprise 8.0)

In Rekonstruktion group the first stage of the project on creation of an information system for formation of management, accounting and tax statements on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform is completed. The project is implemented by specialists of Homnet Consulting company. For the purpose of business process optimization the decision on transfer of accounting activity kompaniis the 1C: Enterprise 7.7 platforms on more functional platform "1C:Enterprise 8" was made.

Now development and deployment of the 1C: Accounting 8 system in the organizations of group located in Moscow is complete and also data transfer from "1C: Enterprise 7.7 is performed. Accounting" in a new system.

The solution provides complex automation of fixed asset accounting and intangible assets; payroll and taxes on wage fund; formations of the regulated reporting and the personified accounting. Accountant officers in a new system keep accounting and tax accounting.

At the moment works on automation of divisions in began. Railway and to implementation of the standard mechanism of distribution of the database. Using the system of terminal access users will be able to work from remote offices that will allow to reduce finance and time expenditure of the enterprises by service of jobs and business applications.

Further it is going to automate management accounting and formation of the consolidated statements. Besides, it is supposed to carry out works on automation of budgets of the organizations which are a part of group and to train users in work with a system.
