Considering the fact that each branch of the company has several sales channels, emergence with TM1 of an opportunity to conduct planning by SKU for each sales channel of branch that will reduce labor costs of category managers in planning process became the most significant achievement of the project. Besides, thanks to implementation of TM1, participation of each branch in planning process will increase that will provide to the company increase in accuracy received as a result of plans and will allow to optimize trade inventories of each branch.
