I-Teco: connectors for systems 1C - SAP - and ABBYY-Documentum

In November, 2012 the I-Teco company provided new development – connectors for integration of corporate products 1C SAP, ABBYY and the functional platform EMC Documentum.

Expanding possibilities of system integration, specialists of I-Teco company created a series of the connectors of 1C-Documentum, SAP Documentum and ABBYY-Documentum based on technology of web services. They provide direct (point-to-point) integration of the EMC Documentum platform with corporate systems of 1C, SAP and ABBYY. Being a part of the complete solution, this development is a profitable alternative to the service bus of the enterprise (ESB) which is often applied in large projects on process automation of management, financial and corporate document flow and also electronic archive.

Functionality of connectors 1C - SAP - and ABBYY-Documentum includes:

• providing interfaces to external systems for interaction with products 1C, SAP and ABBYY executing extraction and data writing;
• conversion of incoming messages to formats of direct systems (and vice versa);
• initiation of events of a system according to business logic;
• ensuring quality of implementable services, processing of exclusive situations of technology character;
• data integration of corporate systems in real time.

Direct integration at solution 1C basis - SAP - and ABBYY-Documentum provides access to the scan images of primary documents and also reduces quantity of errors and excludes a possibility of repeated data entry in the accounting system of the organization, reducing labor input of this process. Use of connectors in end-to-end systems at implementation of EMC Documentum allows to automate such widespread procedures as acceptance of acts on rendering services, registration and reversal of invoices from contractors, formation on the basis of the list of data of SAP - or 1C systems of the document register for the tax inspection and primary accounting documentation during cameral checks.
