Biography

Was born on August 22, 1955 in Astrakhan.

In 1972 arrived, and in 1977 graduated from the Astrakhan technical institute of fishing industry and economy, specialty "Economy and Organization of the Industry of Food Products", received qualification of the engineer-economist. Upon termination of institute worked as the engineer, the senior mathematician of department of ASUP with data center of management of the refrigerator fleet Kasprybkholodflot. Then engineer, head of department of job management and salary, head of the economic department of the plant of large-panel housing construction of the Astrakhan trust of large-panel housing construction of Glavastrakhanstroy.

In 1990 headed the state tax inspection of Sovetsky district of Astrakhan. In the mayor's office of Astrakhan — since 1997. Before moving to Volgograd from 1998 to 2011 worked as the chief financier of administration of Astrakhan. Deputy mayor of Astrakhan, chief of financial and treasurer management.

In 2010 Marat Abdulkhalykov as the Astrakhan mass media reported , underwent sharp criticism from the governor of the Astrakhan region Zhilkin who stated to the official of a claim in connection with the bloated staff of officials of city administration and unwillingness to cut down maintenance costs of staff of the mayor's office.

On April 2, 2012 the governor S. Bozhenov invited Marat Abdrakhmanovich to a position of the Minister of Finance in the government of the Volgograd region.
